Short version: we never take your money directly, so we cannot refund it directly either. Every purchase happens inside the store you installed the application from, and that store decides refunds under its own rules.
1. Where each product is sold
Products and channels
| Product | Sold through |
|---|---|
| mcpro24fps (Android) | Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Samsung Galaxy Store, RuStore |
| mcpro24fps Demo | free, same stores |
| mcpro35mm (Android) | the store you installed it from; premium is a single one-off in-app purchase |
| mcpro24fps Meta (PC, Mac) | Microsoft Store, and as a direct installer from this site |
2. Refunds
Ask the store. Each has its own window and its own procedure — Google Play, Huawei, Samsung, RuStore and Microsoft all differ, and none of them lets us process a refund on your behalf. What we can do is help you with the request: write to info@mcpro24fps.com with your order number and what went wrong, and we will confirm the technical facts to the store if that helps your case.
If a purchase is refunded, the licence ends with it. For mcpro35mm this is automatic: our server learns of the refund at the next licence check and returns the account to the free mode.
3. Your right of withdrawal in the EU
For digital content, EU law gives a consumer fourteen days to withdraw — unless the content is supplied immediately with the consumer's express consent and their acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. Buying and downloading an application from a store is exactly that case, and the store collects that consent as part of the purchase. The practical consequence is that the store's own refund rules are what matter, and they are often more generous than the law requires.
4. Before you buy — please use the free version
Which frame rates, codecs, bit depths and RAW modes are available depends on your phone's hardware and on its current firmware, not on us. That is why a free Demo of mcpro24fps exists, and why mcpro35mm gives seven days of full access. Install it, check your own device, and buy afterwards. A capability your phone does not provide is not a defect in the application, and testing first saves everyone the refund.
5. Donations
mcpro24fps offers an optional donation. It buys nothing and unlocks nothing — it is a gift, and we are grateful for it. It goes through the store like any other purchase, so a refund request goes to the store as well.
6. Prices and tax
Prices are set per country by the store, which also calculates and remits VAT. Your receipt comes from the store, not from us; we do not see your payment details at any point.
