These terms govern your use of mcpro24fps.com, the forum and the knowledge base. Using the site means accepting them. The applications themselves are licensed separately, each under its own End-User License Agreement.
1. Who runs this site

2. The content of the site
Texts, images, the guide, the specification tables and the device lists belong to us or are used with permission. You may read them, print them and quote them with a link back. You may not republish substantial parts as your own material, and you may not harvest the site automatically in a way that burdens the server.
3. Files we offer for download
Technical LUTs, storyboard templates and similar working files are published so that people can use them. Use them freely in your own work, commercial work included, with no attribution required and no permission to ask for. Our authorship is recorded inside the files themselves; leave that intact and everything else is yours to do.
The one thing you may not do is repackage them — alone or as part of a pack — and sell or otherwise distribute them as a product of your own.
4. The forum
You need an account to post. Keep it to yourself; you are responsible for what is posted from it. Do not post unlawful material, other people's personal data, spam or advertising, and do not use the forum to distribute cracked copies of software — ours or anyone else's.
You keep the rights to what you write. By posting you give us permission to display it on the forum and to keep it there as part of the discussion. We may edit, move or remove posts and close accounts that break these rules; we are not obliged to moderate, and we do not review posts before they appear.
5. Accuracy
Much of this site describes how particular phones behave — which frame rates, codecs and camera features they offer. That information comes from testing and from users, and a manufacturer's firmware update can make it wrong overnight. We keep it as accurate as we can, but we do not warrant that any page is complete or current, and a device list is not a promise about your device. The Demo version exists so you can check your own phone before buying.
6. Links out
The site links to app stores, to video services and to other people's pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or do.
7. Availability
The site is provided as it is. We may change, move or take down any part of it, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia; a consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
