Applies to mcpro24fps Meta, the desktop application for Windows and macOS that reads the settings block written by mcpro24fps into video files and builds colour lookup tables from it. Distributed through the Microsoft Store and as direct installers from our website.

2. The short version: the application does not go online
mcpro24fps Meta contains no networking code at all. It does not connect to any server, ours or anyone else's. It does not check for updates, does not send telemetry, does not report crashes, has no account and no sign-in, and shows no advertising. There is no analytics library inside it.
Everything the application does happens on your computer: it opens the files you point it at, reads their metadata, and writes the files you ask it to write. Nothing about your work leaves the machine, and we receive nothing.
3. What it reads and what it writes
Reads: the video files you open — their metadata and, for the preview, their picture data. It does not scan your disks, does not index your library and does not open anything you did not select.
Writes: the files you ask for — colour lookup tables (.cube) and exported metadata — to the location you choose. Your source video files are not modified.
Keeps: nothing else. The application stores no settings, no history of opened files and no identifiers outside its own installation folder.
4. What your distribution channel sees
We receive nothing from the application itself, but the way you obtained it is not invisible, and that part is not ours to control.

In our developer console we see aggregate figures — installs, ratings, and aggregated crash and health reports that Windows may collect for packaged applications. | Direct installer from our website | Downloading a file leaves an ordinary entry in our web server's access log (IP address, time, the file requested, browser identification). That log belongs to the website, and the Privacy Policy of Chantal Pro SIA describes it. The installer itself reports nothing back. |

5. Third-party components
The application ships with a Java runtime (OpenJDK and OpenJFX) and a small JSON parser. They are listed, with their licences, in the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt installed alongside the application. None of them adds any network behaviour, and none of them collects data.
6. Children
The application is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. Since it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may complain to the Latvian supervisory authority, Datu valsts inspekcija (dvi.gov.lv), or to the authority where you live.
In practice there is nothing here for us to give you or delete: we hold no data from this application. If you bought it in the Microsoft Store, the record of that purchase is held by Microsoft, and requests about it go to them. If you wrote to us by email, that correspondence is covered by the Privacy Policy of Chantal Pro SIA.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the application ever gains a feature that needs a network connection — an update check, for example — this page will be changed before that version is published, and the change will be described in the release notes. We will not add such a feature quietly.
