This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Chantal Pro SIA, governing the use of the “mcpro24fps Meta” application (“Application”) available for download and installation through the Microsoft Store. By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Chantal Pro SIA grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Application on a personal computer owned or controlled by the User, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable laws.
2. Restrictions
The User shall not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Application;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage rules implemented into the Application;
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that breaches this Agreement or violates any applicable laws;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Application.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The User acknowledges that the Application, including but not limited to its code, design, and trademarks, is the property of Chantal Pro SIA and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant the User any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Application.
4. Updates and Support
Chantal Pro SIA may provide updates or enhancements to the Application. Such updates may be necessary for the continued use of the Application and the User agrees to install such updates promptly.
Support for the Application is provided at the sole discretion of Chantal Pro SIA and may be terminated or modified at any time without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Chantal Pro SIA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chantal Pro SIA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Application, even if Chantal Pro SIA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by the User or Chantal Pro SIA. The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application and destroying all copies of the Application in their possession.
Chantal Pro SIA may terminate this Agreement without notice if the User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies of the Application in their possession.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Chantal Pro SIA concerning the Application and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
By installing or using the Application, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
